So much art has been made of sunset images - it's challenging to make something original from a sunset image. This glass-windowed building was lit up by a multi-colored sunset which I captured in a photograph. I used that photograph as the basis for Shimmering, by drawing and painting digitally on the image and collaging it with other images to create an idealized sunset, like the finale of an urban symphony.
